Cómo tener unos dientes más blancos

How to have whiter teeth

27 de September de 2019patricia CarrascoUncategorizedNo Comments

Whether we like it or not, the smile allows us to project the best image of ourselves to the outside. An image that, by the way, can make a better impression. However, if you do not follow proper habits, this smile can be very damaged. How to have whiter teeth

But the loss of an attractive smile can have many more consequences. It can be the starting point for other oral health problems to be present. That’s why, next, we’re going to put on the table some habits that can help you have that smile you’ve always wanted.

Pay close attention to mouthwashes

We want to start with this advice because it’s something not many people know. Although the use of mouthwashes has many benefits, we must be aware that many of these rinses contain chlorhexidine.

This active ingredient, if used over a long period of time, can produce dark stains that can ruin all the care we have previously taken of our teeth.

Quality brushing

There is no doubt about this point. From our point of view, it is best to brush your mouth 2 to 3 times a day. This habit will prevent food debris from accumulating between the teeth. However, in order to carry out a quality toothbrush, it has to cover the whole mouth and you have to enter in perfect conjunction with the toothpaste and the toothbrush.

Deepens oral cleansing

In many occasions, a buccal cleaning through a brushing is not always enough. That is why we recommend to use some additional mechanisms such as dental floss.

Thanks to the dental floss you are going to be able to reach some corners that with the brush, simply, you are not going to be able to reach. This access to these hidden places in your mouth will allow you to completely eliminate any remaining food that may have become embedded.

No tobacco and alcohol

The truth is, it couldn’t be any other way. If we want to always have a white and attractive smile, we have to eradicate the consumption of these two substances so harmful to our organism.

While tobacco directly stains our teeth, alcohol produces a series of reactions in our body that can cause teeth to suffer greatly. That’s when you can produce unwanted spots.

Visit your dentist regularly

Last but not least, we must always keep the specialist in mind. At least once a year we have to visit them although the best thing is to do it every 6 months.

In this way, various problems can be detected early, which can have fatal consequences for the colour of our teeth. In addition, this detection will make the treatments applied have a greater effect when you want to have white teeth.
